Package Dimensions

The Data Sheet includes the physical properties of each mechanical package offered for the specific DSP.  Front, Top, and side views are provided with all relevant mechanical dimensions provided in millimeters (Metric).

Dimensions in millimeters use the "," as a decimal place to indicate that the dimensions are metric.  Often, the dimension of a mechanical surface is given in a maximum and a minimum.  The maximum number is listed above the minimum number.  Distances are provided on centers, or from edge to edge. 

The reference mark is located on the top of the DSP and provides orientation for all dimensions and pin numbers.
