Texas Instruments has provided several tools to help customers find solutions to design concerns. These tools include a natural language knowledge base, a complete site and part number search, parametric selection table, block diagrams, models, documents, and direct customer support.
The Semiconductor KnowledgeBases provide an interface to locate technical support information including all TI literature, technical support websites, models, FAQs, and Utilities. Searches of these materials can be performed through a natural language search, or through identified frequently searched topics.

The TI header includes a keyword search box that searches all TI webpages and documents (site search), as well as all product folders (part number search). An additional Advanced Search is provided to help focus search results on given criteria.
For customers interested in finding TI DSPs based on specific parameters or by application, a Platform overview is provided to quickly navigate to a group of possible devices as well as provide a overview of the parameters.
To help customer understand the system nature of many applications, TI provides Block Diagrams of many common end equipment products. These Block Diagrams include suggested TI products and components necessary to build the application product.
To help customers understand the use and design of TI DSP devices, TI has provided on-line training and local seminars. This training is provided free of charge and is a valuable resource for helping designers understand TI products.

To help customers emulate/simulate the performance of TI products in computer modeling, TI offers a large array of IBIS and BSDL models. These models are zipped files and include a macromodel, schematic example, and a symbol file.
TI offers a complete set of technical literature that includes data sheets, application notes, user’s guides, selection guides, designer’s guides, and brochures. These documents are provided in PDF format and are continuously updated to represent improvements or changes in the product offering.
Since there is no substitute for person-to-person support, TI offers regional Product Information Centers, Sales Representative, and distributors to help customers locate product offerings, debug designs, and aid in product usage. Each group has both email and phone support.
