Differential Gain Error (AD)
What is meant by the differential gain error (AD) parameter?
The differential gain error parameter, AD, is defined as the change in ac gain with change in dc level. The ac signal is 40 IRE (0.28 V PK ) and the dc level change is ±100 IRE (±0.7 V). Typically tested at 3.58 MHz (NTSC) or 4.43 MHz
(PAL) carrier frequencies. It is represented in units of %.
