Problem:
Are JTAG Boundary Scan BSDL files available for the TSB42AA4/TSB42AB4 CeLynx integrated circuits.

Solution:
While the Bypass JTAG function is working correctly in this device, the EXTEST and SAMPLE/PRELOAD functions are not.
Therefore, the BSDL file for this device won't be of any use.
