How do you register Code composer Studio?

Solution:
After invoking CCS, go to the Help menu and select CCS on the Web-> Register online. You will need a MY.TI login and password to do so. You will then go though a survey and will be able to register the product.
This is the standard registration procedure for CCS versions 2.0 and after.
